We accept major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, and Discover, signature debit cards and gift cards. Please see our secure shopping policy above for more information. NH has no Sales tax so even if your state has sales tax WE DO NOT CHARGE SALES TAX.
Gift wrapping is a complimentary service that we are pleased to provide. You may choose to have any item gift wrapped except for sale items. We promise that whether we use a bag or box your gift will have a great presentation that will brighten the recipient’s day!
At checkout you will have the opportunity to enter a message in the comments or special requests field. All gift tags are handwritten by our web staff to add that special personal touch.
Gift cards are available for purchase. Customers can use their gift card online and in our brick-and-mortar store. When shopping online, gift cards are processed after you place your order. Information Regarding Your Completed Order
Order confirmations are sent within one business day of placing an order. Unfortunately, our e-mails sometimes get stuck in certain e-mail provider's spam filters. Please add us to your list of safe contacts and be sure to check your spam folder just in case. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, call 603-356-7600 or e-mail email@example.com to confirm your order with our web sales staff.
Checking the status of your order
You may simply reply to your confirmation e-mail or call us at 603-356-700 and any of our qualified staff can help you. We are open 7 days a week from 10 AM EST to 6PM. If you don’t reach us during those hours it is because all the lines are busy, call back in 5 and we'll be sure to help you out or you can email us. We check email 2 or 3 times a day so we will respond to your e-mail or telephone call promptly.
Changes or Cancellations to your order
Please call us with changes and cancellations immediately. You can also e-mail this information to us. We will accommodate all changes and cancellations as long as they are received prior to shipping. If these requests are received after shipping has taken place, please refer to our return policy.
Returns that are not our error, can be returned for refund, store credit or gift card less our cost to originally ship the product. We will issue you a gift card equal in value to the item (less the original shipping cost ). This will not include your cost to ship the product back. All returns must be shipped in appropriate shipping boxes with insurance or some sort of delivery confirmation. Not responsible for “lost” postoffice shipments without insurance. Personalized or custom orders cannot be returned. Returns must be sent in the original condition they were shipped. Be sure to tape the box properly to guarantee the contents will reach us safely. Returns must be sent pre-paid. We will not accept delivery charges on any orders without prior consent. All returns should be accompanied with a copy of your original order form and sent to the address below. Please use POB 130 if using post office, but make sure to insure your package, priority mail doesn't guarantee delivery of any proof of shipment or responsibility for lost shipments. If sending UPS or FedEx, use the street address.

Occasionally we make mistakes. We are not responsible for errors or omissions on the website. If we have erred, we will refund your purchase but if the price is incorrect we are not obligated to sell it to you for that price. We have a great track record and will do everything in our power to do the right thing, but we can't sell a product at a loss if our web person made an error, and believe us, that RARELY happens.
